Ingredients
4 eggs
1/2 cup (125g) melted butter
1/2 cup (72.5g) plain flour
1 cup (250g) sugar
1 cup (90g) coconut
2 cups (500ml) milk
2 tspns vanilla essence
Method:
Blend all ingredients and pour mixture into a greased pie tin.
Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 1 hour or until firm
