Kerasert

Ingredients
250g Light Philadelphia Cream Cheese
250g Unsalted butter
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
2 tablespoons Chopped chives
2/3 teaspoon Paprika (add this till it is the right colour)

Method
Beat all ingredients together well. It is better the day after and you can use shallots – sprinkle.
